Introduction

Welcome to the apt application of the Food Bank MEAL RESTAURANT W.L.L. These terms and conditions apply to the apt application, including IOS, Android, or the web application, and it is collectively referred to as the application, and the word (client) or (subscriber) refers to you as a beneficiary of the service provided, as the word indicates (Service) for what we provide, such as consultation, follow-up, meal, or delivery, and the word (apt) or (we) refers to Food Bank MEAL RESTAURANT W.L.L - please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the application and by clicking “Agree” or using the application, you agree to these terms.

Healthy meal subscription service

We offer weekly or monthly subscription plans prepared by specialized nutritionists, and with your subscription, you get several meals tailored to your daily needs.

All your meals are prepared fresh daily, using natural, healthy ingredients, and tailored to meet your needs and preferences. We strongly recommend that you choose your menus via the application and at the specified time daily at the beginning of each week. If we do not receive your selection, our system will randomly select for you and will not allow any further changes during the week. You will receive a free consultation from a nutritionist online directly after subscribing via WhatsApp, to ensure you stay on track. Upon receipt, please place all your meals in the refrigerator to maintain optimal quality and freshness. Please follow our reheating instructions, whenever appropriate to enjoy your food to the best of its ability

Weight loss and health claims

A certain amount of weight loss is not guaranteed and will vary from client to client based on individual weight, metabolism, age, activity level, and adherence to the plan. apt is not responsible for adverse reactions to any food eaten should a customer fail to properly fill out any preferences or allergens before receiving meals We recommend disclosing all dislikes, allergens, preferences, and medical conditions before starting a plan apt Subscription plans are not moderated Medical. You should seek advice from a physician or nutritional consultant before starting any nutritional program to ensure it is appropriate for your specific nutritional needs.

Purchase and payment process

When you register and subscribe you agree to purchase and pay a third party and we are authorized to charge you for the weekly or monthly subscription plan in advance, plus any taxes or other fees, and if you pay by credit card, we will make a pre-charge on your credit card. To verify the availability of funds to avoid any errors or discrepancies, please ensure that the amount is accurate. In case the transaction is completed incorrectly, you can contact your bank for assistance.

You may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your purchase, including, for example, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that:

that you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase;
the information you provide to us is correct and complete

We may use third-party services to facilitate payment and completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to such third parties under our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, for example, unavailability of the product or service, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order, or other reasons. Subscription renewal

Please make sure to renew your subscription two business days (48) hours before your current package expires to ensure uninterrupted and timely delivery of your meals.

Renewal payments will be made via the application. If payment is not received, meals cannot be delivered until the full amount is settled

Pause and cancel

If you are a subscriber, you can stop or cancel your subscription plan by sending a WhatsApp message to 38092783.

You are responsible for paying for any meal that is ordered and not received.

If you stop or cancel the order, you must inform us 24 hours before the delivery date. A 20% cancellation fee will apply in case of final cancellation

You acknowledge that apt may send any promotional messages after stopping or canceling the subscription

Compensation and refund policy

If you are a subscriber and cancel your subscription, apt is not obligated to refund the amount paid except in the following cases:

There is a problem with your food order (incorrect order - missing items in the order)
A problem in delivering the order for which the customer has no reason.

The refund will be according to the following conditions:

Approval of the company’s management
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method within 7 working days
Please note that a fee of 20% of the unit plan price will be applied to the remaining days.
The remaining amount will not be refunded after consuming 25% or more of the subscription days. The remaining amount can be transferred to a friend or relative.

Delivery policy

We strive to provide the best delivery services at the specified time and address, and in certain cases, we reserve the right not to interfere, such as:

Your order could not be delivered because you provided an inaccurate address.
If you request that your order be left at your door or another location, we will not be responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of your order...
If you specified a place and time to receive your order and you did not receive it within ten minutes and did not respond to calls or messages or open the door for pickup.
If you request to receive your order in person from our website and do not attend to receive it during the specified working hours

Third-party delivery service

You acknowledge that we use third-party delivery services to deliver your order and will provide your name, address, and contact information so that they can deliver your order to you.

Property rights

All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and interests in the Application belong solely to the apt

We reserve the right to terminate the privileges of any user who engages in copyright infringement

Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of apt.

Content

The content contained in this service is the property of apt. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, download, republish, copy, or use the said content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain without obtaining prior express written permission.

Illegal or prohibited uses

You may only use the service for legal purposes and in accordance with the terms. You also agree not to use the service in the following cases:

In any way that violates an applicable national or international law or regulation
To exploit or harm minors, or attempt to exploit or harm them in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional materials, including any “junk Meal,” “chain letters,” spam, or any other similar solicitation.
Impersonating or attempting to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
In any way that violates the rights of others, or in any way that is unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful offer or activity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service or that may harm or offend the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability. In addition, you agree not to do the following:
